It is a privilege to welcome you to the first edition of the Integra Summit & AGM — two days designed to bring together our community of investors in the heart of Silicon Valley. During your stay, you will have access to privileged conversations, a visit to one of our portfolio companies, time on the Stanford campus and, of course, a full update on Integra’s performance and vision.

Day by day
A note on speakers and venue — this agenda is intentionally broad while the final venue and speaker lineup are confirmed. It is organized around the flow and content of each day rather than a fixed hour-by-hour schedule.
Arrival
Investors arrive in Palo Alto and Menlo Park and check in independently at the hotel of their choice. Fly into SFO (best connected, about 45–50 minutes away), SJC (closest, about 25–30 minutes) or OAK (approximately 50 minutes).
If you choose to stay on
Some guests may want to stay on after the Summit and see more of Northern California. Here are two ideas that tend to work well for a weekend — suggestions only: Integra is not organizing, booking, or hosting anything after Friday’s closing lunch, and any transportation, lodging, and activities would be entirely up to you.
Ideal for vineyard tours, private tastings, and outdoor lunches. Booking private round-trip transportation lets you enjoy the tastings without needing to drive.
A day of museums, dining, and the city’s iconic neighborhoods — it can be combined with a short visit on the way to the airport for a return flight.

Where to stay
The final venue for the Summit is still being confirmed. In the meantime, here are several well-regarded hotels in the Palo Alto / Menlo Park area, so you can choose and book the option that best suits your preferences and schedule.
A landmark Silicon Valley property, well known for its service and as a frequent meeting point for the venture capital community. Spa, pool, and the on-site restaurant Madera — suitable for private group dinners. Guest rating 4.7/5; about 10 minutes by car from downtown Palo Alto and 15 from Stanford.
A modern luxury property close to Stanford University and within walking distance of downtown Palo Alto, with a rooftop pool, spa, and two on-site restaurants. Popular with business travelers and tech executives; approximately 5 minutes from Stanford.
A four-star hotel located across the street from the Stanford University campus, in the heart of downtown Palo Alto — walking distance to University Avenue restaurants and shops.
A boutique hotel option in Palo Alto, well rated for its breakfast and central location.
A mid-range alternative in the Menlo Park area, suggested as a comfortable, more accessible option.
Weather & what to pack
October is one of the most pleasant months of the year in Northern California: mostly clear skies, little rain, and mild temperatures. Even so, the difference between day and night can be significant.
Average high 70–74°F (21–23°C) · average low 50–55°F (10–13°C) · cool evenings, especially outdoors · rain unlikely (under 1 cm for the month).
Layers (a blazer or light jacket) · comfortable walking shoes for the Stanford tour · business casual for all event days — comfortable, nothing formal · sunglasses; UV can be moderate at midday.
For the welcome cocktail and outdoor visits, a light jacket is the single most useful item to pack: afternoons are sunny, but temperatures drop quickly once the sun sets.
Getting around
San Francisco (SFO) — the best-connected international airport, about 45–50 minutes from Palo Alto · San Jose (SJC) — the closest option, about 25–30 minutes · Oakland (OAK) — an additional alternative, approximately 50 minutes away.
Group transfers (Stanford, portfolio company visit) will be provided in private buses coordinated by Integra. Waymo autonomous vehicles are widely available throughout Palo Alto and Menlo Park — we encourage you to try one during free time, as part of the Silicon Valley experience. Uber and Lyft also operate throughout the area, and downtown Palo Alto (University Avenue) is easily walkable once you arrive by car or rideshare.
